Website: An outdated or confusing website for makes it hard for people to navigate. Make your information easily accessible and modern enough for your families! Make sure your pictures are consistent with the message and vision you cast for your studio. Reflect what you are telling your customers!
Online Contact Form: Saves so much time rather than playing phone tag or collecting contact information over the phone! Have a contact form online for people to fill when they visit your website.
Social Media Pages: Link up your accounts! Have links to your website on your social media outlets so that people can learn more about you!
Program Descriptions: Communicate to your customers in a way they understand. Give them a three to four sentence summary of each class you offer. Have a non-dancer read through the descriptions and make sure they understand what you are offering!
Scheduling Trial Lessons Online: Get a third party scheduler on your website so that new people are constantly entering your studio throughout the year! Make sure it is easy for everyone to use.
My biggest advice to you is to take advantage of automation and online registration!! Save your time, money, and energy!
