Podcast Ep 5...3 Ways to Consistently Call in More Students Without Paid Marketing

Hello and welcome to another episode of the Dance Studio Amplified podcast! I’m so excited to share with you today, especially to those of you who have been working to increase your student attraction and retention without complicated strategies or paid marketing. Be sure to get those pens and paper handy to be able to take some notes as I share with you some valuable ideas that can help your studio and boost up your business!

“First impressions count…” At minute 3:10, I talk about what you need to be completely clear on so that you are attracting more of your ideal customers and students. I shared a sample statement that will help you focus on the unique things that your studio has to offer so that you can attract the right people that will be the best fit for you in what you do, and how this also helps call in even more customers/students as they already know that you have what they are looking for.

 “Serve before you sell…” at 9:26, I shared some tips on how we can nurture our relationship with our potential customers by providing them with exceptional service, connecting with them personally and not just asking generic questions or giving them basic studio info, schedules or a price list. We need to get to know them by knowing what they like, what they don’t like and letting them feel that we care and that we are here to guide them. I talked about how and why nurturing them prior to enrollment will result in a better experience for the potential customer and more growth for you. 

“Make it easy for them to take the next step…” At minute 17:14, I’m telling you the importance of making everything convenient for your customers and potential customers to do business with you. Keeping things super easy for them - to enroll or learn more about your services, events, or promotions you have to offer - rather than making them go through the hassle of browsing and searching for what they are looking for. Give them exactly what they need to give them satisfactory service and that will help you gain more trust and boost the results that you are looking for. This is a simple yet very effective strategy to increase your sales even gain more customers/students to engage.
